New rules at Tokyo Disneyland And Disney Sea allow Halloween visitors to come in costume every day through October 31st.
Japanese love to Cosplay and Disney's annual Halloween Celebration brings out some spooktacular creativity. Up until this year, dress-up was allowed on only a limited number of days. Now, visitors can come dressed as a Disney character for the duration of the season.
There are rules! The costume must be from a Disney movie or TV series. No bare midriffs or overly sexy outfits. Use your commonsense.

The theme's for this year's celebrations are:
Disneyland -- Halloween Pop 'n Live. A song and dance themed Halloween celebration and parade. Not, perhaps, their best presentation but it is what it is. The park is under a lot of construction so be warned it is not at its best in Tomorrowland or Toontown. Fantasyland, too, is being refurbished in places. Here's an English link.
Disney Sea -- "Disney Halloween" is the open theme but the focus is on Disney villains with Ursula, Captain Hook, Jafar, the Wicked Witch, and more, making an appearance. Here is the English link for Disney Sea.
